Role Of Coastal HOA Management Services, Inc.
The role of Coastal HOA Management Services is to relieve the Millwood Village Board of Directors of the day–to-day management of the Association and Community. Coastal works with the Board to help maintain the value of the community, checking to see that the Deed Restrictions are being adhered to and monitoring the common areas. It is also the responsibility of Coastal HOA Management Services to maintain the Association’s records including financial reports, correspondence and Board minutes. Coastal prepares all Board communication to homeowners, solicits bids and negotiates contracts on behalf of the Board.An Architectural Control Change Request Form should be submitted directly to Coastal HOA Management Services for approval by the Millwood Village Architectural Control Committee.
